Current Obsession: Vanilla Bean Noel

How many obsessions can I have? A lot, apparently. I wait all year for this scent to come out. I could never pick out wtf was in it besides vanilla. But I knew it was more than that because even though I love bakery scents, im not one to just go for a plain vanilla body spray. It smells too...vanilla-ey. I like a fragrance with depth, a fragrance with volume.

Vanilla Bean Noel is really unlike any other vanilla scent with the name "Vanilla" in it I have tried. For example, the cotton candy and cupcake body sprays don't count. Most of the time, scent's like that do have a note or two more then your average vanilla.

Vanilla Bean Noel smells like vanilla, yes. But it also has something in there that reminds me of an ice cream fragrance or something. It is much sweeter than just vanilla and smells like a creamy bowl of.....cotton candy ice cream? When I read the bottom of my Vanilla Bean Noel candle, here's what it said:

yep! It's that caramel mixed with cream in there that makes my brain go right to a bowl of  creamy ice cream topped with sweet caramel. It's weird to me that sometimes you can smell the creaminess or tartness of the scent. How do they do that? Yah no? It really boggles my mind thinking about how in the world they get something like cake batter extract....Who knows. In all fairness, this is a light hearted beauty/lifestyle blog, and not a very scientific one! Thank-God!

Here's a quick breakdown:

The Lotion: My personal favorite! It smells just like the candle description, which is just what the candle smells like (see previous paragraph). I sometimes wear this alone, without either of the body spray or shower gel and it holds it's own. In fact, this is the sole product that glues the 3 of them together if I were to layer the spray & wash with it. Plus, the lotion is the lingerer of the bunch. I apply and re-apply once every few hours and I get a whiff every know and again.

The Body Wash: Runner up to the lotion. It smells just like the lotion and the candle does (see pre-previous paragraph). Worn with the other two on top of it (the lotion and body spray) really brings out all of the notes of the fragrance, not missing a beat. Worn alone I would say it is so-so. Smells great at first but isn't much of a lingerer without the other two, or the lotion at the least.

The Body Spray: If I were to judge the whole entire Vanilla Bean Noel line on this product only, I wouldn't be too impressed. My bff Alex swears it smells exactly like the lotion but amped up by 10. To me, I smell nothing but that bland, boring, one note, run-of-the-mill, average joe, vanilla scent I was talking about earlier. Without any of that yummy dessert-in-a-bowl finesse to it. However, layering it with the other 2? Your golden!

The Candle: Smells just like that description I gave (or the one on the candle. Your choice!) And because it's only a medium candle, the scent throw doesn't go farther than my bedroom. That is only because of it;s size as far as im concerned. I love this little baby. I wanna big one.

If I had the money....
I would buy 1 of each bakery fragrance Philosophy has to offer. Why have I passed them up for the past few years? I was in Ulta today and we spent a few minutes smelling each one. My cousin always get's Philosophy 3 in 1's and she always helps me write down all of the recipes. I remember we spent an hour one 4th of July doing just that. Maybe if Philosophy ever goes on sale.

I bought all of this stuff plus two 3 wick candles at Bath & Body Works on Black Friday for a total of around $20 for everything. I love those types of sales. Here's the rest of the stuff I bought in this video. To find out more about the 3 wick candles I bought click me

Slatkin & Co. Christmas Candles

Maybe your rolling your eyes because it's only the second of November and im already talking about Christmas. Maybe not. The really cool thing about the blogisphere is that everyone seems like they have been ready for Christmas since a few days before Thanksgiving. Yes! That's why you guys are my people! On black friday, I went to Bath+Body Works. I love that store. Among some other things, I got 2 candles for $20. I explained in my video that I saved over 70% off of my total purchase! I just wanted to really talk about the 3 wick candles I got for now. So you seen the haul, time for the review.

Merry Cookie
Sometimes with the Bath + Body Works bakery candles, they don't barely smell like anything once you light it (Im talking to you, Frosted Cupcake!)  On a scale of 1-10, I would say Merry Cookie is about 7 or 8 judging on the scent throw. The description reads that it smells like a bowl full of cookie dough and it couldn't be more true. It really smells like cookies! Not cupcakes, or anything else. It smells just like a sugar cookie. It's my favorite out of the 2

Cinnamon Frosting
I wanted to find something to replace my Cinnamon Sugared Donut that B+BW sells during the fall. They had it last year around this time, but they got rid of it really quick this year. I was bummed because it is seriously my all time favorite. If I was comparing the 2 I would tell you the Cinnamon Sugared Donut smells exactly like it sounds and it is much sweeter than Cinnamon Frosting. Cinnamon Frosting's scent description is almost identical to Cinnamon Sugared Donut except for the clove in the Cinnamon Frosting. The cloves gives it more of a spicy scent which I don't mind but if I had to choose, I would go for Cinnamon Sugared Donut. On a scale of 1-10, this would be again a 7-8 with the scent throw.

Bonus.
Not only do you get the candle, but you get the corresponding recipe to go with it! I always wished they would have done this & this past fall, I have been looking for Cinnamon Sugared Donuts everywhere to eat. Well, now you don't have to wanna eat the candle! You can make the real food! haha! Plus, it's Christmas time which means, time to make cookies to pass out, which means you wont feel tempted to eat the whole batch! I am making Christmas Cookies again this year. I may do a series about it on this blog or on Meet Miss Jackson. let me know if you would like to see it here or there

I really, really, really, wanted a 3 wick of Vanilla Bean Noel but they were all out. That is my favorite. I got a medium one + some other things but i'll talk about all that next time.I wonder what the recipe is on the 3 wick Vanilla Bean Noel......

1 more thing....
The 3 wicks are supposed to burn for 30-45 hours. there is no way these burn for 45 hours! 30 maybe.

My Favorite Fall Things

It has been a very crazy start to the fall. Lots of ups and downs. October is one of my favorite months because of my birthday (the 8th!).

I also love it for 2 more reasons:
1) because I know this will be the last of the nicer weather to takes walks and be outside and 2) it is closer to Christmas!

Unfortunately, the restaurant I was working at closed down at the start of October and I am at a loss *again* looking for a job. I have been praying I can get one in enough time to celebrate Christmas! It is my favorite holiday. This will be an extension of my beauty favorites. Check those out here.

Fall Favorites

Arm Candy:
Maybe this would qualify as a beauty favorite but whatever, I already uploaded the picture here. A trend I never really got into until recently. I have been buying cheap arm candy at every chance I get! If your loving this trend too, you will love my Forever 21 jewelry purchases!

Purple Jeweled Bracelet: Walmart $1.99
Pink Gummy Watch: JC Penney $10
Black Shamballa Bracelet: 5 and Below $2.99

My Birthday:
It was my birthday on the 8th!! Thanks to my mom for making dinner, my b/f's mom, Barb, for making me this delicious cake, my b/f Phil for the presents and taking me out to dinner (Red Lobster all you can eat shrimp! Holla!), & my bfff Alex for the pumpkins, & candle! I love you guys so much! We had a fun relaxing night, talking, drinking wine and hanging out. Alex brought the other puppies Lexi, Precious (Stella's mom), & Chloe (Stella's twin sister). It was 1 of the best birthday's yet! I was so lucky to have all of my favorite living beings there! 4 dogs & 3 other people besides myself. The dog to human ratio is sometimes at least 50/50.  Most of the time, we are out numbered by dogs at 2/4. We love our puppies!

Pumpkins:
Alex again, thank you girl! Have yet to carve these babies! I actually kinda like them plain. They look rustic sitting on the janky back porch! LOL!

Jack-O-Lantern
These are at the Boardman Park. I guess all the school's had a competition. Some of the best 1's were done by pre-schoolers! Wow! They look awesome! One good thing about Youngstown Ohio is the parks this time of year!

 Seasonal Beer:
I love trying seasonal beers. There's something about fall beers that gets me exited. I am usually a wine drinker any other time of the year. At my old work, they would rim the beer mug with cinnamon and sugar, then add pumpkin flavored beer. Perfect drink if your having a Halloween party! I bought a 6 pack of Sam Adams version of Octoberfest. I think that is my favorite Octoberfest beer.

Walks In The Park:
1 of our favorite things to do is go for walks in the park. There are so many good parks around here and lately we have been going to a park called Boardman Park. For the past couple of week's, the park has been really active. On top of the Jack-O-Lantern display, all of the decorations for the witch walk are up in the trail. They had Octoberfest + they are doing pancakes with homemade maple syrup which comes from the barks of trees. Here's some cute fall pictures from 1 of our walk a couple weeks ago. The other night, there were so many leaves on the ground that you couldn't even see the path!

Favorite Fall Candle(s)

Cinnamon Sugared Donut Candle
I took back my Frosted Cupcake, which didnt smell like anything when I lit it. I exchanged it to get my favorite fall scent from B+BW. I love this! It's a spicy, sweet, sweet scent! If your not into the super spicy scents, but want to stay true to the season, give this 1 a smell! And I promise this has a high scent throw!

Favorite Candle #2:

Air Wick Candle:
The candle Alex got me for my birthday! She knows me too well! It is from Air Wick. This candle doesn't have much of a smell, but I have been lighting it every single night because it changes colors! A perfect present, I believe, is something so gimmicky and cool that you probably would not buy it for yourself. This was right on the nose! LOL! I think this will be in some peoples Christmas boxes this year!

Favorite Nail Combo

Essie's A Cut Above:
That's the rose gold glitter you see. I love it so much. Not a great mani on my part but I had to share that gorgeous glitter again! And the light pink is from Wet n Wild from one of the older, cheaper nail polish lines. I don't know the name because it wore off and I dont recommend the polish. It got gloopy real quick. I just really love the color. Any baby pink will do for me!

Favorite Book

Helter Skelter:
Maybe you didn't know, but I love anything having to do with criminal law. Example, some of my favorite shows are Lock Up, Forensic Files, First 48, Snapped, & The Investigators. For a short time, I wanted to become a psychiatrist for people on death row. I want to get into their minds. I also had a slight obsession years ago to know everything there was to know about the whole Manson era. If I could go back in time, I would go back to 1969 and go the Haight Ashbury District, I would attend Woodstock (I would bring food for myself! Im 1 step ahead!) & make it back in time to be at the Manson trial. You may already know I have always had a huge obsession with Hollywood + how movies are made. I love when a set looks "fake". And when it comes to Hollywood, the older the better! I just love it! I would probably have to take my time traveling device to Hollywood circa 1940's too. Im getting off subject...

Even though I watch Forensic Files and can even get into court t.v. as long as its a high profile, juicy case, court t.v. will not capture my attention for too long. I was afraid Helter Skelter was going to be reminiscent of court t.v., reciting a bunch of legal documents from the trial and I wasn't going to be able to follow- considering it was written by the prosecutor himself. There is some legal jargon, but it's really easy to read. The last book I have read this fast was My Friend Leonard. If your into criminal law, the late 60's, or your into the whole Manson trial + more: give it a read!

Favorite Puppy

Stella:
Cant leave her out! She's a big girl now and her birthday is coming soon!1 (or 7) year(s) old! I love her. I know, I am a weird dog lady. My idea of a great birthday was having my 3 closest ppl at my house along with the 4 best dogs I know! Alex has Precious, Lexi, & Chloe. Lexi and Chloe are twinsies as they were born in the same litter. Said litter came out of Precious. Lexi's the only 1 not blood related. Lexi is also the goodest dog. The min pins are little brats! LOL! She loves other animals (kitties and puppies) but doesn't like strange people too much.
Phil holding her ears down- haha! She looks so cute and silly!
She has on a coat and a sweater: "I cant put my arms down!"lol!

Favorite Song

Long December
Old school, right?! How many remember this song? I used to love this song and completely forgot about it. I love when I all of the sudden remember songs I forgotten. I love any 90's rock. It is some of my favorite type of music. This song hits the spot if your craving a 90's rock song. Next song will be by Matchbox20....anyone?

Favorite T.V. Show

The Challenge.
this is my favorite show on. I have been watching it since Real World Road Rules Challenge 2000. I watch it every season & lately, have liked it more than Real World. When it is time for a new season, I always kick myself for not following the last season of the Real World a little more closely. MTV has the best reality shows in my opinion. Teen Mom. Jersey Shore. Second best would be TLC. How can I forget about Sister Wives, 19 Kids and Counting, Toddlers and Tiara's, Little People Big World, or Breaking Amish. I love t.v. This is my absolute fave show, though. This video is for the trailer.

Thats it! If you want to know my beauty favorites, then click.

Bath & Body Works Haul

I haven't bought anything from Bath & Body Works in months! I think it is my favorite store, which is weird because of the odds and ends they sell: soap, body spray, candles, wall flowers, & hand sanitizer. I, of course went right for the candles. They had fall stuff out but I haven't been able to buy any candles from the summer yet! I had to.

Coconut Water
"A favorite of local islanders, a tropical blend of coconut milk and sheer vanilla with subtle notes of pineapple and sparkling citrus"

This was is my favorite. I would have got a big one but they were all out until next year. Dammit! This coconut smell is really creamy. My favorite kind of coconut scent! I love coconut. Period.

White Sands:
"like the first long days of summer at the beach- sparkling grapefruit & sandalwood with coconut milk and summery jasmine"
Close tie to my second favorite. Did you guys remember those perfume Barbies from the early 90's? This is what this one reminds me of. It smells good! Nice and nostalgic. Prominent note would definitely be the jasmine.

Oceanside:
"Refreshing as a long getaway to the ocean - watery greens and cucumber blend deliciously with juicy melon and peony petals"

This one smells really clean. That's all I really have to say about it.

I always thought I was someone who gravitated more towards fruity scents along with food scents. Turns out I love florals as opposed to fruity scents. Who knew? Sadly, the season is over to grab any more delicious floral candles for the rest of the year. Thank God were heading into food scent season (:

If you love florals and food scents like I do check out my Yankee Candle haul from the beginning of the summer. No need to worry because they have their candles all year round.

Lastly, I need your help again. What would I do without my followers any more? I basically need some HTML help. I need to fix the padding and margins as well fixing my pictures in the side bar true to size. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have googled it a million times and tried 10 different ways to go about it. Thank you!

Enjoy your rest of the summer,
Erica

January Favorites

So much good stuff this month! I couldn't narrow it down because I am crazy pants (Snookie reference) and I have beauty/fashion/fragrance/bath: the works! I am going to be doing a separate fashion faves in a fews days so BOLO for that. I guess with all my Christmas stuff and all of the after holiday sales, I out did myself. Wanna see my favorites? k!

Be Enchanted body spray from Bath&Body Works. I haven't been this obsessed with any of B&BW scents (excluding candles) since I purchased Dark Kiss. This actually is really similar to Dark Kiss but this one is more fruity. I can tell you that Be Enchanted is more of a spring scent in comparison to Dark Kiss. If you like Dark Kiss, try this. Bath & Body Works scent description:

"Frosted florals sweetened with sparkling, sugared pomegranate inspired by all that glitters"

Nuxe Dry Oil: I got this in my December Birchbox and recently reviewed it here with a little more detail. But I really love it as a highlight for my face. It doesn't irritate my skin at all and that has something to do with the "dry" part. You shake it up before you use it. Look how neat it looks before you do so:

Stila Eyeshadow in Kitten: There is a lot of hype around this eyeshadow, and when Stila was having their sale in December, I grabbed this for $4! Obviously it came broken and I just got my new unbroken one in the mail like 2 days ago. They forgot about me until I emailed them again. Oh well, the point is that it is just so pretty. It goes with any color, honestly! I love using this as my highlighting color. Extremely pigmented. *Love*

 Swatches
they actually match, don't they?

China Glaze Lorilei's Tiara: I did a NOTW about this polish. It is so pretty! It caught my eye as soon as I walked into the store. It has small silver glitters with bigger blue glitters every now and again. The best thing about this polish? I can get away with one coat! It covers my whole nail! I always do 2 coats, yah no, just in case. If im in a hurry, im good with one. I also love it because dry time is like 1 minute or 2.

Bath & Body Works Pocket Bac in Chocolate Chip Cookie Lunch Box Edition: I got this for 25 cents during their Hello Yellow sale after Christmas and I wanted to grab all of their "lunch box" ones. They had juice box, PB&J sandwich, and a couple others and I am actually not sure why I didn't but this one was different then those ones because it was chocolate and I do not how they do it but it smells like freaking chocolate chip cookies! Just like a chocolate chip cookie. it has the bakery cookie smell along with a little bit of chocolate- it's too cool. I can't get over it. With a candle, I can kinda see how they make the scent exact but with antibacterial, I don't get it.

Bodycology Body Scrub in Hazelnut: What drew me to it was the way it smelled. I am usually not a fan of nut scents or even hazelnut for that matter. When I opened this up in the store my nose went hay wire! It smells so delicious- like a breakfast pastry on steroids. The smell alone will make this a monthly favorite but that is just the start of it. I have been using this every time in the shower and it just really makes my skin so smooth. I love exfoliates and I wanna go as far to say I cant live without them, but honestly, I can live without them I just really love them. This one smells exceptionally good and I think I actually like it better then my expensive C.O. Bigelow scrub. Just throwing that out there.

.

Slatkin & Co Candle in Hot Chocolate: You guys know I love candles and I have a new favorite every month and this month it is definitely Hot Chocolate. It's funny because it does smell like chocolate and I usually do not like chocolate candles but this one is just so delicious! It smells very up scale, bakery like. I don't want them to do away with it for the summer! here's the scent description, which is spot on:

Other Favorites:

Food:
please excuse my unoriginal picture as my bf ate all my Krave! They are that good!

Have you guys tried this Krave cereal? It's amazing! It is a crunchy shell but then has creamy chocolate in the middle. Since I am back on my healthy track, I needed something that was delicious, but also good for me. This is loaded with vitamins and the like and is a whole grain cereal. It even has more nutrient's then my Kashi Vanilla Island cereal which I found really surprising.Ill be doing a food type of blog post soon, showing everything I have been eating and <3ing for my healthy diet, along with nutrition facts.

Celestial Seasoning's Herbal Tea Sampler

I have been drinking sleepy time tea for years now & I will drink it any time of day because it is so delicious. It's taste's like peppermint and chamomile. Fruity tea's are ok, I make them every once and awhile, but all of these tea's in the Herbal Sampler are right up my alley. I really like every single one of them. Now, I don't have to drink Sleepy Time tea in the day time. I also really like mixing these in with just regular tea bags to boil a big pot and then chill it for a delicious iced tea.

Television
New season's of my favorite shows are on! I am just going to name a couple and not speak on them too much because it seems like me and the rest of the beauty community are on different wavelengths when it comes to tv. I really am not a fan of any of those CW shows. I dunno I cant get into them! I love reality shows things like Forensic Files and Lockup- docudrama's. Real stories. But I hate shows like CSI- the scripted drama's I do not like at all. Tell me if you love any of these shows:

RW/RR Challenge Battle of the Exes: My favorite team is CT & Diem - do you guys remember Diem? I love her! and CT too...he's pretty hot. Lemme know in the comments if you guys are exited for the new season!

Little People Big World: This show hasn't been on in a couple years and they just started back up again. I love that show im so happy it's back on! They are just such a good family with excellent moral's and values.

Dog The Bounty Hunter: I know! Everyone makes fun of me for watching Dog but seriously I love that show. And there is lots of family drama this season which is usually not included in the previous season's.

Kardashians: I know all you guys love them. I did a blog on Kardashian's a while back and it is the most read blog post on my blog. Out of the 11,196 visit's I have had on my blog, 743 of those are coming to read my Kardashian's post! isn't that crazy? So in that post I mentioned how I am not loving Khloe one bit and Kim was my favorite. In fact I didn't even really watch Khloe & Lamar.

This season of K&KTNYC (season 2) I do love Kim but she has been a bitch lately. I know she hates her husband or whatever but I have been with my boyfriend for 2 1/2 years and we are still not ready for marriage. Even though were not married, we try our best to meet in the middle with dis-agreements. I still feel like I have a commitment to him even when we aren't getting along so well. After 2-3 months, she decided it isnt going to work (which is fine, that's her choice and im not knocking her for that) what makes me mad is her attitude about it. anyway, Khloe has been my favorite for this season and they are doing another season of K&L so I am actually exited to watch it.

I also thought I liked Kris H. before this season in NYC but since watching this, he is wayy too immature for Kim and doesn't deserve her....but if your going to get married I feel like you loved that person enough to try and make it work. Blech, Kris reminds me of this annoying kid I used to date when I 18....yeah, he's, well IDK how old he is, but certainly not 18!

Youtube:

I have my absolute favorites which I mentioned a couple favorites ago, but I recently discovered a new (for me) channel that is quickly becoming one of the first videos I click on in my YT feed. I have always read their blog and just never watched the videos. Her Late Night Cravings is so much fun to watch and what I love about them is that they are always hauling and talking about different things then I usually see. That is something I really love about them- they are really easy to watch and to get into. Check them out!

As you can see, I have a million faves for the month but whatareyougunnado - Hopefully you guys got some good idea's to try some of the things I have been loving or have even been inspired to do your own favorites post. Also, I hope someone loves the Challenge's as much as I do because I need to talk about it!

Bath & Body Works Haul!

yikes I have been going over board on the Bath & Body Works Lately, but I love the sales and everything was %50 - %75 off so let me show yah what I got

Medium Candle in Hot Chocolate: The perfect blend of milk chocolate, steamed milk, & sweet marshmallow fluff $5     So this candle isn't your average chocolate candle. If you like chocolate candles you will absolutely love this one! If you dont like chcocolate candles but you like food candles your going to love this one too! I never really cared chocolate candles that much but there is truly something about this that makes you wanna eat it and burn in forever. Might be my favorite one of the haul.

Large Candle in Hot Buttered Rum: Rich and delicious, a comforting blend of spiced rum and warm caramel, with a touch of vanilla bourbon$10 It smells devine. I can really smell the caramel note in it and this is my boyfriends pick so he took it home to his mom, and now the 2 houses are sharing one candle! haha, we are a weird little family...since it is at his house I cannot show it but it's awesome (:

Large Candle in Winter Candy Apple: A mouthwatering blend of crisp apple candied orange & rich cinnamon spice.$10       My boyfriend thought it smelled a lot like the cherry candle they come out with in the warmer seasons, and I can agree with that.  It does have a tartness to it, a sweet note and also a cooler note. It is really weird but I cannot recognize the cinnamon note, or the orange note. I really do like this it's fruity and tangy. laffy taffy scent. I was deciding between this one and Vanilla Bean Noel and I feel like I should have got that one....I always do that when im shopping! Either way, it's a nice candle.

Wallflowers:

Candy Apple: Wallflowers tend to smell a little different then the candles. This holds true for this one...I personally am not a huge fan of apple scents and since I smelled the candle in the store, I knew I liked it. With the wallflower, it is overly appley. I am saying that I am throwing them away and not looking back, they make the room smell better so whatev's, now I know

Marshmallow Fireside: Toasted Marshmallows and sweet Vanilla cream wrapped in  the aroma of rich, smoldering woods- You know how I feel about this one. I have had both the candle and the wallflower before and I love them the same and they actually smell the same.

Cinnamon Sugared Donut: A delicious combination of crushed cinnamon & vanilla cake donuts with a dusting of sugar- Yum!

Vanilla Bean Noel AntiBacterial Hand Soap- A warm bland of fresh vanilla bean, warm caramel, and rich comforting cream- I wish I would have gotten this candle...the description sounds amazing.

Mini Body Sprays

Country Chic: A carefree blend of sparkling citrus and country wildflowers that is naturally beautiful and effortlessly chic - I have the lotion so I figured why not get a small pairing.

Be Enchanted:Frosted florals sweetened with sparkling, sugared pomegranate inspired by all that glitters- I am in love with this! If Dark Kiss and Paris Amour had a baby, it would be this puppy.

**Just a quickie, My friend Alex was over while I was ordering and i suggested her to get the Dark Kiss Body Butter because I love it so much, I forgot to take a single picture.

Did you guys get anything from the 75% off sale? They still have stuff left btw!!! Do you think I am insane from all of my B&BW hauls I have? I do, haha!

Bath & Body Works Haul!!!

I LOVE B&BW and it seems like everyone else does around this time of year too. Here's my haul:

Cinnamon Sugar Donut Candle - I got the medium size for $5! It is usually $10 but since they are getting the new Christmas candles in, most fall candles were 50% off! I have actually burned this last night and I am burning this tonight, and even though I do wait until all of the top layer of wax is burned until I blow it out- with this one, it wasn't possible! It really bummed me out - I hate when I can't get the full use out of my candle.

*** Extra Review **** So, today I bought a candle warmer/burner just for this one (cinnamon sugar donut) and I noticed that with a burner, the candle releases the scent 10x harder then it would just burning the wick- notes I would have never caught before w/out the burner, I smell really well. Def. a great investment for me, and I highly recommend! They have them for $5 at K-Mart.

With the candle burner, Cinnamon Sugar Donut smells just like the name suggest's, and it can also be mistaken for pancakes. - I am in love with both the candle and the burner! Didn't think I was into cinnamon scents until I burned this puppy.

Marshmallow Fireside Candle $10 for a medium. This unfortunately wasn't on sale. On the bright side of that, that means they will be keeping it around a little while longer! Yay! This is my absolute favorite candle!!! It is the perfect mixture of sweet marshmallow's and spicy fireside (their other candle named Fireside, that is). Like I have said before: if your not too keen on more spicier/earthy scent's, this is a perfect scent to transition to. Try. This. Out. Your not going to regret it! I wanna try this on my burner, but if I do that, wick will get buried into the wax once it dries. Then I will never be able to burn it again! Just an fyi- but then again I dont think im getting all the notes when i burn just the wick-

4 for $20 on Wall Flowers & Scentportables

***Another quick review*** When I first went to B&BW I picked up a Scentportable. I had it in my car for 3 whole days and didn't smell a thing. I read the directions probably every time I got in my car because I was convinced I had it in wrong. When I went to take it back, the girl at B&BW told me I had it in correctly. So end result, these things suck! I dont mean to be a hater because I love Slatkin & Co. just thought I should give you a heads up to save your money!

Wallflowers- These on the other hand smell awesome. We have a 2 bedroom house and I plugged this in into the upstairs bathroom. You can smell it from downstairs by the steps. I also love the actual wall flower. It is so cute! It is a Christmas collection, but since it's just a star I can use it all year. I also like it because it is a night light...Not the best pic, but what-ev's I think you guys get the point.

The scents I got were Marshmallow Fireside (surprise, surprise)- Love the scent. Love the owl decor. Cute.

Sensual Amber- Just an amber scent- This was a really nice scent and since I couldn't find another one I wanted this as my last pick.

Aromatherapy Night Time Tea- It actually smells like tea. This one isn't overpowering like the Marshmallow Fireside and Candied Sugar Plum ones (which I actually like the overbearing scent to them!) I like this one a lot better than the lavender vanilla night time scents they have-- so much better! If your like me & love night time tea, and aren't fans of those vanilla lavender scents, I think you will love this. The B&BW website describes this scent as having "Cedarwood and Orange Essential Oils". I dunno, honestly. lol

Candied Sugar Plum- This one seriously smells like candy. I can definitely smell the plumy note and a little bit of a berry note. I also smell an apple note too, because it is comparable to the Winter Apple one - not exact, just similar.

3 for $5 mini's!

Winter Candy Apple - This smells like a cooler apple scent. Instead of a warm baked apple, it's more of a crisp, tart apple scent. They describe it as "spicy w/ cinnamon" on B&BW'w website, but I cant say I agree. Maybe a little time on my candle warmer and she'll be cookin with cinnamon!

This is my last resort candle, I had to choose one more, so I chose this one. For me, this candle is more chocolate than mint. I haven't burned it yet, so the mint may pop out once I burn it, keep that in mind.

there discontinued the mini candles! what?!!!?!?! oh hell no bitch! I guess they are some sort of fire hazard - I dont care, they are cheap and delicious! ):

So there's my B&BW haul....which is all candles....and I have been watching candle hauls for like an hour....and a blogged about another candle here a couple days ago. I am in a candle kinda mood, I guess, lol. Welp, Im outtie. have a scent-filled day!
